BLUEBERRY CHIA BOWL

2-3 portions you need: 

1 banana 

2 dl frozen blueberries 

2 dl almond milk 

2 tbls chia seeds

cinnamon

 

 Blend the chia seeds with milk and let it swell during the night. It needs to stay for at least 1-2 hours. I prepare 3 portions and then I have it for 3 mornings. 

Mix the banana with the blueberries and add some sprinkles of cinnamon until it is smooth. Pour it into a bowl and blend it with the chia porridge. Top it with whatever you like, fruits, nuts, müsli, almond milk....
